So far from my test, VLC will not be able to continue playing the video properly if the playback hit the region, so if it happen in VLC, close and reopen the file and jump forward to skip the 1:25:37 to 1:25:39 region (Playback > Jump to Specific Time), maybe directly to 1:25:40 without going through 1:25:37 to 1:25:39. SMPlayer with MPV backend however can play through this corrupted area, at least the Linux version.

I'll test the subtitle file on POTPlayer in Windows 11 to see if there's any issue on the mentioned corruption.

I understand what you meant now, the video is the issue itself, POTplayer plays through it with no issue* In case nobody knows, POT player is a really high quality video player that is free, made by South Korean company DAUM.
