As primeras 125 linias.

114, copy.

Hey, go ahead.

I got somethin' up here.

I'm right on him, slow down.

Couple of miles south of the checkpoint.

Bodies.

I have one, male.

10-4.

Where are you from?

I'm from Honduras.

You're from Honduras?

-Yeah. -When did you cross?

Um, yesterday I guess.

-The river, yesterday? -Yeah.

-Where'd you use to live at? -New Orleans.

New Orleans?

Why'd you go back home?

Um, I got into a little trouble and I got deported.

What kind of trouble?

A little stuff.

Tickets and stuff.

-How long you been here? -About 17 years.

17 years.

You went to school here?

Yeah, yeah.

I'm sayin' we really coming back here just to work

and I'm sayin' do a better-- do better for ourselves

and our family and all that,

you know what I'm sayin'? So...

But I guess I'm sayin' God's got a plan for us.

We here.

Let's walk.

I'll take these off.

Gang violence, fueled by drug trafficking,

has made San Pedro Sula ground zero for migrants

fleeing the danger zone.

With the highest homicide rates in the world,

murder and mutilation are daily rituals.

The most infamous gang in this district: MS-13,

born in the streets of Los Angeles

during the 1970s and '80s

but spread to El Salvador and Honduras in the early '90s,

when members of their ranks were deported.

The United States tells itself

that it's the greatest country in the world.

So why wouldn't people living in desperate conditions

want to come here?

They're fleeing violence, fleeing gangs.

They all want a better life for themselves or their family.

I have a four-year-old.

I see her in a lot of the

unaccompanied children that come over because

we're of Hispanic heritage and

they look just like us.

10-4, is there a way you can downlink?

McAllen's the center of the smuggling universe.

It's the closest access point from Central America

to the United States.

At any given time, we're looking at

at least 200 stash houses.

Migrants are locked in the stash house

to wait 'til their final destination.

For a smuggler, humans are just another commodity.

These migrants are exploited.

And for me, those smugglers,

they're the real criminals.

They don't care for the human life

that they're entrusted in.

You see kidnappings.

You see men and women being raped

or even killed.

So we have a sense of urgency to act.

Yesterday morning, at, like, two or three in the morning,

Habervale called saying that they had

popped a br-- uh, driver

with five Brazilians going northbound on 1017.

And the driver just started spilling the beans, man,

saying, "Hey, I know where the stash house is at."

They pulled up Google Photos and

it's in-- right smack dab in the middle of the orchards.

One of the Brazilians started confirming.

He was like, "Yeah, that was the stash house, man.

They kept us there for a couple of days.

There's at least 26 bodies in there."

HSIM set up on Mesuenon,

just north of the target.

10-4.

I see him, he's ahead of me.

Turn the lights out.

Standby for a name and D.O.B. check.

Osvoldo Duron Mades.

Often times, when we're looking at

the stash house, the top guy isn't gonna be

inside of the house.

He has people like his caretakers, his drivers

do the work on his behalf and he just sits back

to collect the fee.

Got his information

and some cell phone numbers.

It just-- he was very nervous.

The driver was nervous.

10-4.

Now that we've ID'd someone

linked to the stash house,

we can work our way up the organization.

One of the big stories of this week,

a nationwide immigration sweep, what's been described as

"an unprecedented search for undocumented workers."

New data released this morning shows ICE visited

122 businesses over the past five days.

ICE officers planned mass round-ups

targeting more than 2,000 undocumented immigrants,

who have been given final deportation orders.

Policia!

Policia!

Hi, it's the police.

Can you buzz the door?

That's her.

We've got a warrant for her.

We're with Homeland Security Immigration and Customs

Enforcement, okay?

I have a warrant for your arrest.

An unaccompanied 10-year-old girl

from El Savador has died after crossing

the US Mexico border.
